Franklin C. "Frank" Morstorf Franklin C. "Frank" Morstorf, 66, of Topeka, passed away Thursday, August 17, 2017.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence Ave. Private inurnment will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Helping Hands Humane Society, 5720 S.W. 21st St., Topeka, Kansas 66604.
