Danny Miller, 72, Topeka, passed away Wednesday, November 1, 2023.
He was born August 11, 1951, in Topeka, Kansas, the son of Clifford and Evelyn (Sorrick) Miller. He graduated from Topeka High School in 1969.
Danny work in maintenance at the Topeka Zoo for several years, later working at the Topeka Police Department, where he retired.
Danny married Terrie Diane Bass on June 12, 1978 in Topeka. She preceded him in death on April 3, 2012. Survivors include a brother, Kevin (Karla) Miller; nephew, Cory Miller (Ashley) and niece, Alexis Anderson (Mike), all of Topeka. 
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Helping Hands Humane Society or a charity of the donor's choice.
